Two years ago, the penthouse was going for one million four hundred thousand Canadian dollars. Because the Real Estate market has taken a dive, the penthouse is now being priced at 849.9 thousand dollars Canadian.
We have lived here for twenty-five years and have enjoyed every moment of it. It breaks our hearts to leave and go to a one-floor condo to help Margaret with her mobility disability. We have even installed a chair lift for sixteen thousand dollars to enable Margaret to get from one floor to the other, but she finds its use inconvenient.
The chairlift which was made in the U.K. goes with the building.
Whoever buys this penthouse is one lucky person.

Hello Benny:In response to your email regarding where we will be staying should we sell the penthouse; here is the response.
We will be buying a two-bedroom condo, on the 25th floor of the same building. It is a much smaller unit than the penthouse, but the condo is on one floor. This will make it easier for Margaret, since she does not have to negotiate steps to another floor. The chair lift that we installed has been some help, but she would much prefer to have everything on one level.
Our ownership of the 25th floor condo is conditional on us selling the penthouse.
At our age, we do not really need something as big as the penthouse anyway, but we have richly enjoyed being in it for close to 25 years.

We can see how you have certainly enjoyed 25 years in your Penthouse and your move to the 25th floor in the same building is certainly special.
I can imagine the super view from the 25th floor up in the skies.
Your move is a perfect one for as we get older we find it more difficult to look after our large homes and in most cases we downsize. We too would love to be on just one floor, no climbing steps. Once again wishing you and Margaret the very best. I have viewed your full complex and without any doubt it is top class in a super location.
P.S. Just for a laugh!!. My favourite number is Number 5 & Multiple of 5. (25 Very special)!! Here we go. I was born on the 5th of January. Our current home is 'Sunset Crest' 5 Parklands Way, Surrey.
My immediate family comprises of 5 members, Betty, Benny, Winston, Lisette & Yvette. My private Car No Plate is A5 BDS (BDS stands for Benny or Betty De Souza). Not forgetting 7 grandchildren plus our pets Simba & Suki!!
